1. The agreement

These terms govern purchases and services from SoftStore Deals, 3829 N 15th St, Philadelphia, PA 19140, United States ("we", "us"). By ordering from softstoredeals.com you accept these terms.

2. Products & services

• Software licenses are genuine, digitally delivered products from their respective vendors (McAfee, Norton, Avast, and others). Vendor license terms apply to the software itself.
• Consulting and setup services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing. Consulting hour blocks are valid for 12 months from purchase.
• SoftStore Deals is an independent reseller and consulting firm and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the software vendors whose products we sell.

3. Orders & payment

Prices are in USD and shown before checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. An order is accepted when payment clears; digital licenses are delivered to your email, typically within one business hour.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide a correct, accessible email address. Services are scheduled after purchase by mutual agreement.

5. Acceptable use

Licenses may be used only for the number of devices/users stated in the plan. Resale, redistribution or circumvention of license terms is prohibited.

6. Warranties & liability

Software is warranted by its vendor under the vendor's own terms. Our consulting services are provided with professional care; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Philadelphia County, PA.
