Refund & Returns Policy

1. Digital software licenses

Because license keys are disclosed on delivery, activated or delivered digital licenses are generally non-refundable. However, we will refund or replace a license in full if:

• the key delivered is invalid or cannot be activated, and
• you report the issue within 14 days of purchase and cooperate with our support team to resolve it first.

If you have not yet been delivered the license, you may cancel for a full refund at any time.

2. Consulting & setup services

• Consultations and setup packages not yet scheduled/delivered: fully refundable on request.
• Consulting hour blocks: unused hours are refundable pro-rata within 90 days of purchase.
• Completed services (delivered setup, performed audits, used hours) are non-refundable, but if you are unhappy with the work we will re-perform or make it right at no charge.

3. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] or call +1 858 988 3938 with your order email and reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us first — most issues are resolved within one business day. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in license revocation as permitted by vendor terms.
